Bread of Life Outreach Center Wellness Day 5K Trail Run
The Bread of Life Outreach Center Wellness Day 5K Trail Run takes place at Sprague Brook County Park in Glenwood, New York. Scheduled for September 6, 2025, the event features a 5K trail run on wide, groomed trails and grass, as well as a 2-mile non-timed trail walk option. The start and finish are near the park’s Warming Shelter, with ample free parking available nearby.
Participants registering by August 15 receive a race t-shirt. Post-race festivities include food, beverages, raffles, a wellness fair, and kid-friendly activities at the Bread of Life Outreach Center. Awards are given for overall and age group winners, and professional timing services are provided.
