Breathitt County Honey Run

The 2025 Breathitt County Honey Run takes place in Jackson, Kentucky, wrapping up the annual Breathitt County Honey Festival. Hosted by the Breathitt County Cooperative Extension Office and Juniper Health, the event features a Kids Fun Run for ages 12 and under, followed by a 2-mile walk and 5K and 10K runs through the scenic Lakeside neighborhood near Panbowl Lake. Participants in the Kids Fun Run receive a small prize, while the 10K, 5K, and 2-mile walk offer competitive age group awards.

Due to highway construction, race routes are being finalized. A portion of registration fees supports local youth track and cross country teams. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
