The Brian Galusha Memorial Run/Walk is scheduled for July 18, 2026, at the Great River Thresher's Grounds in Miles, IA. The event includes these distances:
- 5K Run
- 5K Walk
- 1 Mile Kids Fun Run (open to ages 12 and under)
Registration opens April 15, 2026. The 5K entry fee is $30 per person and increases to $35 on June 1. The 1 Mile Kids Fun Run fee is $15 and increases to $20 on June 1. Registrants who register before June 27 are guaranteed a shirt and size; registrations after June 28 cannot be guaranteed a shirt or correct size.
Additional information
Proceeds from the event support the Brian Galusha Memorial Scholarship and the Thresher's Scholarship. Packet pickup is available at the Thresher's Grounds on the day before the race and again on race morning. The event takes place as part of Thresher Days in Miles, IA.
