Brookfield Lions Run for Sight

The Brookfield Lions Run for Sight 4-Miler is an annual road race held at Brookfield High School in Brookfield, Connecticut. Celebrating its 39th edition on New Year's Day, this event features a flat and fast 4-mile course starting and finishing at the high school. The route runs north on Long Meadow Hill Road, then loops through Hillandale, Farview, and Ironworks Hill Roads before returning to the start.

The race supports the Connecticut Lions Eye Research Foundation and local charities. Awards include cash prizes for overall and masters winners, age group awards, and a bonus for breaking course records. The first 100 registrants receive a free long-sleeve custom race shirt.
