The Broward County Public School Department of School Culture & Student Support 5K is a fundraiser presented by the Broward Education Foundation on Saturday, October 25, 2025. The event is the second annual 5K and takes place on the Hollywood Beach Broadwalk, with the listed place as Charnow Park, 300 Connecticut St, Hollywood, FL 33019. Proceeds will support Broward County Public Schools Mentoring and Prevention Programs. Participants are encouraged to bring canned food items in support of the Harvest Drive and in honor of the Miami Dolphins Football UNITES Jason Jenkins Day of Service.

The event benefits several Mentoring and Prevention programs, including the 5000 Role Models of Excellence, Mentoring Tomorrow’s Leaders, and the Athletic Leadership Academy, as well as other violence-prevention and student-support initiatives. Sponsorship options are offered at multiple levels, including Platinum ($5,000), Gold ($2,500), Silver ($1,000), Bronze ($500), and supporting sponsorships under $250.
