Buckeye Ultra 200 Mile Road Race is a roughly 203-mile open-road ultra from Walnut Beach on Lake Erie in Ashtabula to Wellsville, Ohio, near the Ohio–West Virginia border. The out-and-back course features lakefront scenery, mountain foothills, Amish country, and post‑steel towns, totaling about 6,000 feet of climb with long flats and roughly 70 miles of rolling hills. Runners must complete the challenge within six days, averaging about 34 miles per day.

There are no official aid stations; participants may run self-supported or with crews. Finishers earn a Buckeye 200 buckle, with a 500‑mile award and support for Wellsville High School. A 100‑mile option is also offered. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
