Buffalo Stampede Half Marathon
The Buffalo Stampede is an annual running event held in Bryan, Texas, benefiting the Brazos Valley Museum of Natural History. The 17th edition features a 5K race and a 1-mile fun run on USATF certified courses. The 5K course is scenic, gently rolling, relatively flat, and fast, passing through open country, neighborhoods, and parks, with a downhill finish ideal for personal records.
The event includes live timing, cheer stations, and awards for overall and age-group winners. Participants receive T-shirts and finisher medals. The race day is part of the larger Boonville Days festival, offering additional cultural and heritage activities at the museum. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
Always double-check with the organizer's website – things can change, and we might have sprinted past a few details!
