Cancer League of Colorado Race 4 Research

The Cancer League of Colorado Race 4 Research is an annual 5K run/walk held at Washington Park in Denver, Colorado. Celebrating its 29th year in 2025, the event offers an in-person race experience with registration available online or on race day. The race supports cancer research and patient support through funds raised for the Cancer League of Colorado, a volunteer-run nonprofit.

Participants can create fundraising pages and join teams, with those raising $150 or more honored with a poster along the race route called the Miracle Mile. The event honors Michele Plachy-Rubin, in whose memory the race was founded, and has raised over $22 million for cancer research since 1997.
