About the race
Candy Cane 5K is a festive running event in Langhorne, Pennsylvania, held at Cairn University, 200 Manor Ave. The race offers a 5K (3.1 miles) on a paved road course through the Cairn campus and nearby streets, with a family-friendly 1-mile fun run/walk option. Participants are encouraged to wear festive costumes, from ugly sweaters to Santa outfits, and candy cane-themed prizes are awarded for top finishers and top costume teams.
All registrants receive a long-sleeve race shirt, candy canes, hot chocolate and marshmallows, Christmas cookies, and post-race water and bananas.
