Candy Cane 5K

The Candy Cane 5K is a festive running event held at Cairn University in Langhorne, Pennsylvania. Scheduled for December 6, 2025, it features a 5K race and a family-friendly 1-mile fun run/walk on paved roads through the university campus and nearby neighborhood streets. Participants are encouraged to wear Christmas-themed costumes, with prizes awarded for top finishers and best costumes, both individual and team.

All registrants receive a long-sleeve race shirt, candy canes, hot chocolate, cookies, and post-race refreshments. A virtual run option is also available.
