Candy Corn 5K

The Candy Corn 5K is a running event held in Carmi, Illinois, starting and finishing at the First Christian Church located at 504 Bohleber Drive. This 5-kilometer race takes place in October and supports the Guardian Center, Inc., a nonprofit dedicated to aiding physically and sexually abused children and their families. Participants pay a $30 entry fee, with early registrants guaranteed a T-shirt.

Awards are presented to the top three finishers in each age group immediately after the race, with a hospitality tent available at the church.
