Cane Creek Mtn Trail Run

The Cane Creek Mountain Trail Run, held in Snow Camp, North Carolina, offers a challenging and scenic trail running experience with 10K and half marathon distances. Set in the 1,000-acre Cane Creek Mountain Natural Area, the courses feature stellar single-track trails, steep climbs including a 300-foot ascent to the highest peak east of Greensboro, and an optional stair climb up an 80-foot observation tower with expansive views.
