About the race
Cape Fear River Run in Fayetteville, North Carolina offers three events: the Cape Fear 10k, the Cape Fear Half Marathon, and the River Rage Double (doing both). The routes follow the scenic Cape Fear River Trail, a paved greenway, with start and finish at the Cape Fear Botanical Garden. Runners enjoy on-course support, pass beneath trestles, and views of the river and a waterfall along the way.
The 10k uses part of Linear Park Trail and Cape Fear River Trail; the half marathon traverses the river trail with aid stations at Clark Park and the turn-around.
