Caprock Night Runs

The Caprock Night Runs is a nighttime trail running event held at Caprock Canyon State Park in Quitaque, Texas. It features distances of 4 miles, half marathon, half marathon ruck, and marathon, all run on a challenging, rocky, and hilly single-track trail. The marathon follows a 13-mile loop course through Eagle Point, North & South Prong, and Wild Horse Trail, with about 1,300 feet of elevation gain per loop.

Participants must bring their own hydration system as no cups are provided. The event offers scenic views, aid stations, and awards including unique finisher medals and special recognition for ruck finishers and last-place finishers. Headlamps are required for all runners.
