Carmel Freedom Run 4.5-Miler

The Carmel Freedom Run features a 4.5-mile run and a 1.5-mile family walk held annually on July 4th in Carmel, Indiana. The 2025 event is hosted at Upland Brewing and Pies & Pints in Clay Terrace, offering new courses that showcase downtown Carmel and the Monon Trail. Participants enjoy a festive Independence Day atmosphere with patriotic soft-style shirts and finisher medals for both distances.

Post-race refreshments include water, Gatorade, snacks, and a free beer ticket for those 21 and older. The event also includes a free kids' fun run for children 10 and under, making it a family-friendly celebration of fitness and community.
