Carry Your Cross 10K

The Carry Your Cross 10K, held at Kanopolis Lake State Park in Kansas, is known as the "World's Toughest 10k." This unique endurance event challenges participants to conquer 10 kilometers of rugged trail terrain while carrying a wooden cross weighing over 50 pounds. The event also offers 5k and 10k trail race options suitable for families and younger runners aged 8 and up.
