Catamount Ultra

The Catamount Ultra is a trail running event held at the scenic Trapp Family Lodge near Stowe, Vermont. It offers two race distances: a 25k and a 50k, with the 50k consisting of two loops of the 25k course. The route features wide, hard-packed dirt trails winding through highland pastures and hardwood forests, including areas with maple sugar tap lines.

The course circumnavigates the well-maintained Trapp Family Lodge trail system at the base of Mount Mansfield, Vermont's highest peak, and includes approximately 2,500 feet of elevation gain and loss per 25k loop.
