Cave Spring Arts Festival 5K
The Cave Spring Arts Festival 5K & 1M is an annual running event held in Cave Spring, Georgia, featuring a USATF-certified 5K course and a 1-mile run/walk. The mostly flat 5K route starts near the historic 1848 Fannin Hall and Georgia's largest outdoor swimming pool, winding through town, past the Georgia School for the Deaf, and finishing in the town square.
