Central Park Duathlon

Central Park Solo Duathlon/Team Boat Relay takes place in New York City's Central Park (start near the Central Park Boat House at 945 5th Ave, NY 10021). The event offers three formats: Duathlon (Individual), Row Boat Relay (2-person team), and Team Relay Duathlon. The Solo course includes 2.2 miles of running, 10 miles of biking (two loops), and 2.2 miles of running.

The Team Boat Relay has teammates run, bike, and then row a 0.7-mile leg on the lake. Now in its 41st year, the course showcases iconic park scenery and landmarks, creating a unique NYC sporting atmosphere. Not USAT sanctioned. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
