The CHAMPIONS RUN takes place on Sunday, December 28, 2025, at Sam Houston Trail Park, 101 I-635, Irving, TX 75038. The event offers the following distances:

Registration, awards and volunteers
Entry fees listed are $90 for the Half-Marathon, $55 for the 10K, and $45 for the 5K; prices increase after October 31, 2025. Registration includes an event-themed participation t-shirt (t-shirt cutoff is 12/14), a finisher medal, and eligibility for age group awards.
Age groups are awarded three deep in divisions M/F 0-4 through M/F 80+. Overall and masters categories include overall male, overall female, male masters (40+), female masters (40+), male grand masters (60+), and female grand masters (60+); these category winners receive gold medals and a special award. Awards are distributed at the event and will not be shipped; participants are advised to check results before leaving.
Volunteers choose a race-day task, work a few hours, and receive a code for a free race as a thank-you. The event also lists a reward structure for 2026 Run Different events tied to race placings, including free entries and percentage discounts for finishers and age placings.
