Event details
The Chester County Turkey Trot takes place on November 27, 2025 in Downingtown, PA (445 Manor Avenue). The event program includes:
- 5 km - run in two waves (Gold Wave and Blue Wave)
- 2 km - untimed walk
- Kids' Fun Run - open to ages 12 and under
Wave placement for the 5 km is based on expected finishing time: Gold Wave for runners under 25 minutes and Blue Wave for those over 25 minutes. The Kids' Fun Run does not include a T-shirt as part of entry.
Registration and beneficiaries
Standard entry is listed as $32. Age-based pricing applies: ages 0-7 cost $20, ages 8-12 cost $25, and the Kids' Fun Run is free. A family discount applies for families of four or more who register participants in the same transaction. Entry fees increase after October 31, 2025. Technical running shirts are guaranteed to the first 2,000 registered participants; prior-year shirts may be available at packet pickup while supplies last. T-shirts for the Kids' Run may be purchased through October 1.
Proceeds support the Downingtown West Cross Country team and Alex’s Lemonade Stand Foundation, including the Cure4Cam Hero Fund through ALSF. The event fundraising progress shows $32,413 raised toward a $65,000 goal. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
