Chicken Run

Chicken Run is an annual running event held at the Peg Bond Center on North Island Avenue in Batavia, Illinois. The event features 5K and 10K races, as well as a 1/2 mile Kids Dash for children aged six and under. Both in-person and virtual participation options are available, with virtual runners able to complete their distance anytime within a week of the event.

The courses are certified, and participants receive custom finisher medals. The race atmosphere is family-friendly, with awards for various age groups and fun giveaways like chicken hats for kids.
