About the race
The 2025 Child Advocates 5k and 1k Superhero Run takes place at CITYCENTRE Houston, located at 800 Town and Country Blvd, Houston, TX 77024. This 13th annual event features a chip-timed 5K Run/Walk and a 1K Kid’s Run, with a superhero-themed atmosphere inviting participants to wear capes and team up with sidekicks. The event offers a festive course around CITYCENTRE and culminates in a race and costume contest awards ceremony after the 1K.
It is powered by Group 1 Automotive and presented by MRE Consulting. The proceeds support Child Advocates, who recruit and train volunteers to advocate for abused and neglected children in Houston. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
