Logistics and awards
Packet pickup is available Thursday, November 20, 2025 from 5:00 pm to 7:00 pm at Warped Wing, 25 Wright Station Way, Springboro, OH, and on race day at the Beer Tent at the corner of S. Main and W. State Street (registration and packet pickup begins earlier that morning). Awards include top overall male and female, and medals for the top male and female in each age division. Age divisions are 9 & under; 10-14; 15-19; 20-24; 25-29; 30-34; 35-39; 40-44; 45-49; 50-54; 55-59; 60-64; 65-69; and 70 & over. Awards and refreshments follow the race at the Beer Tent, and a complimentary beverage ticket is provided. Proceeds benefit Operation Santa, Springboro Community Assistance Center, The Pantry, and Warren County Children's Services. Race shirts are guaranteed for registrations received by November 1.
