About the race
Circle of Care's Annual Walk/Run for Kids With Cancer is held at Sherwood Island State Park in Westport, Connecticut. The event offers an In-Person WALK and an In-Person 5K RUN as part of its 11th annual edition on Sunday, September 28, 2025. Participants show support by dressing in gold or purple, joining as a community to raise awareness and funds for families affected by childhood cancer.
It’s a powerful show of unity during Childhood Cancer Awareness Month. Features include fundraising opportunities, a course map, and a commemorative t-shirt for fundraising milestones (just $100). Note: no on-site registration, dogs not allowed until after October 1, and sponsorship options are available.
