City of Franklin Trick or Trot 5K

The City of Franklin Trick or Trot 5K & Pumpkin Dash is a festive running event held in historic Downtown Franklin, Virginia. The main race is a 5K course that takes participants through downtown, the city cemetery, to the hospital, and back. In addition, there is a 1.5-mile Pumpkin Dash designed for all ages, encouraging families and children to participate.

Runners are invited to dress in Halloween costumes, making the event family-friendly and fun. Proceeds support local community programs through the United Way and the Department of Parks and Recreation. The event offers a spirited atmosphere combining fitness and Halloween celebration.
