CKRR Reminiscing 5K : event overview
The CKRR Reminiscing 5K takes place on Wednesday, December 31, 2025, at Highland Park - Roger's Pavilion in Kokomo. The event includes three options: the NYE 5K Run, the NYE 5K Walk, and the NYE 5K Virtual. The in-person run and walk have an entry price of $14, with reduced pricing of $11.50 for ages 0–18 and ages 70 and up; the virtual option is priced at $20. Registration for the virtual event opens October 27, 2025. The organizer notes that prices increase after October 31, 2025.
Logistics and race details
Roger's Pavilion will be used as a participant area with access to restrooms and an indoor space before and after the event. The race will use chip timing and dynamic bib assignment for pre-registrants. A course description and map are provided online and volunteers and yard signs will be placed on the course to mark turns. Several nearby parking lots serve the park; participants are asked not to use the lot attached to Roger's Pavilion because the start/finish will be set up there.
