Race features and logistics
Entries for the 5K, 10K, Half, and 30K include a long sleeve DryBlend race shirt, chip timing, a finisher medal, eligibility for age-group awards, a post-race meal, and a post-race beer sample. Shirt size availability is limited and a 100% polyester long sleeve shirt is offered for an additional fee; participants may opt out of a shirt for a reduced fee. The Kids Fun Run is non-competitive and not timed; entrants receive a bib, finisher medal, and post-race meal. Packet pickup is available before the race and on race day. All entries are non-refundable and non-transferable; race insurance is offered as an optional purchase. The 30K, 10K, and 5K are scored by net time. The Half Marathon is scored by the Pacific Association using gun time, with net time also reported. The event raises funds for local Clarksburg community groups and volunteer organizations.
