CDA Marathon : event overview
The CDA Marathon takes place in Coeur d'Alene, ID in May 2026, with the main race weekend on May 24, 2026 and a virtual run window from May 16 to May 31, 2026. Courses start and finish at McEuen Park. The full marathon is USATF certified (ID20005LAB) and is listed as a Boston Marathon qualifier.

Course and runner information
The event uses city roads and sidewalks and notes lake views and community streets along the course. Packet pickup is offered at McEuen Park the day before the race, with a limited last-minute bib pickup on race morning for extenuating circumstances. Parking is available at McEuen Park, nearby downtown lots, and the Coeur d'Alene Resort parking garage.
Aid stations are placed roughly every 2 to 3 miles and provide water, sports drink, GU gels, and gummy bear chews. Toilets are available near every aid station and first aid kits are located at each aid station and in Race Village. Gear check is available for athletes wearing bib numbers; runners should bring a bag and will receive a tyvek wrist band to label it. Awards are given for 1st to 3rd overall Male and Female per distance and for 1st to 3rd in age groups (1-14 through 75+). Marathon cutoff times are posted for the standard and early start options.
