Coeur d'Alene Triathlon

The Coeur d'Alene Triathlon, known as "The Scenic Challenge," is a celebrated race in the Pacific Northwest held annually at City Park & Beach in Coeur d'Alene, Idaho. Marking its 41st year in 2025, the event features an Olympic distance triathlon with a 1.5K swim starting from a cruise ship in the bay, followed by a bike ride along Coeur d'Alene Lake Drive and Mullan Trail Road, and a run along the North Idaho Centennial Trail. A popular Sprint Distance option includes a 500-meter swim, 13-mile bike, and 5K run with gender-specific wave starts.
