Coeur d'Alene Triathlon
The Coeur d'Alene Triathlon, known as "The Scenic Challenge," is a celebrated race in the Pacific Northwest held at City Park & Beach in Coeur d'Alene, Idaho. Marking its 41st year in 2025, the event features an Olympic distance triathlon with a 1.5K swim starting from a cruise ship in the bay, followed by biking and running courses along picturesque routes including Coeur d'Alene Lake Drive and the North Idaho Centennial Trail. A popular Sprint Distance option offers a 500-meter swim, 13-mile bike ride, and 5K run with gender-specific wave starts for novice athletes.
