Cohutta Madness

Cohutta Madness is an ultramarathon event held near Conausaga Lake in Chatsworth, Georgia, featuring timed loop races of 4, 8, and 12 hours. Participants run around Lake Conausaga, the highest lake in Georgia, on mostly flat trails surrounded by scenic rhododendron, hemlocks, and soft pine straw forest flooring. The course starts and finishes at a pavilion across from the lake dock, offering a beautiful and serene running environment.
