Conquer the Castle is scheduled for Saturday, November 1, 2025 at AB Williams Memorial Woods / Forest Picnic Area in North Chagrin Reservation, Mayfield, OH 44143. The event offers multiple run, ruck, and hike options on a measured loop course.

Course, logistics and awards

The course is a 16.7 km (10.35 mi) loop. A 15 hour cutoff applies for the event. Aid stations are located at the start/finish and at mile 5 and will offer water, electrolyte drink, pretzels, candy, PB&J, salt tabs, and some gels; participants are advised that gels are available but may bring their own. Drop bags can be left at the start/finish under the pavilion, must be labeled with athlete name, race distance, and bib number, and must be delivered before the race to reach the mile 5 aid station. Registration includes a custom race shirt or sweatshirt upgrade, custom finisher medal, race bib, chip timing, and post-race snacks. Awards are given to top three female and male finishers in specified distances; 100K finishers receive a belt buckle. An optional marked hill climb behind Squire's Castle awards a token to carry to the finish. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
