About the race
Conquer the Rock 25k & 50k is a trail running event held at Table Rock State Park, Pickens, South Carolina, organized by the Upstate Race Series. The Bear Crawl 25k (one brutal loop) and Foothills 50k (two loops) total about 16,000 feet of elevation, with summits on Pinnacle Mountain and Table Rock. Runners tackle steep, rocky terrain that rewards with panoramic ridge views; a course map links to Strava for route details.
