Conquer the Rock 50k

Conquer the Rock 50k is a challenging trail race held at Table Rock State Park in Pickens, South Carolina. The event features two distances: a grueling 50k Foothills race consisting of two demanding laps, and a 25k Bear Crawl single loop. Runners tackle steep, rocky trails with a total elevation change of 16,000 feet, summiting Pinnacle Mountain and Table Rock, two of South Carolina’s highest peaks.

The race offers epic mountain views, aid stations with snacks and hydration, and eco-friendly race gear.
