The Coosa River Challenge XXIV, held in Wetumpka, Alabama, is a multi-sport adventure race featuring trail running, mountain biking, and river paddling over a 25-mile course. Designed for both beginners and experienced racers, the event includes simple navigation with a required compass and challenging features along the route. Kayaks, paddles, and life jackets are available for rent, while racers must bring their own bikes. Safety gear like helmets and PFDs is mandatory, and hydration stations are provided throughout the course. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
