Copper Kings 100
Copper Kings 100 is a 100-mile ultramarathon in and around Butte, Montana, on June 26-27, 2026. The loop starts and ends at the Belmont Mine and runs through Beaverhead-Deerlodge National Forest in Butte-Silver Bow and Jefferson counties, including about 63 miles on the Continental Divide Trail. The course climbs from 5,650 feet to a high point near 8,400 feet, with about 14,400 feet of total vertical gain and loss.
Described by the organizer as a beautiful place to run, the event is fully permitted and donates proceeds to Our Lady of the Rockies, the Mile High Nordic Ski Education Foundation, and the CDT Coalition.
