About the race
The Corporate Fun Run Detroit Suburbs 5k is held at River Bends Park in Shelby Township, Michigan. The event features a 5k run/walk course entirely within the park, starting and finishing at the Hickory Grove Pavilion. The atmosphere is festive, with pre-race packet pickup and company gatherings, followed by a post-race party offering free pizza, beer, music from a DJ, and team and individual photos.
Awards are presented for largest team, best team t-shirt, and fastest teams and individuals. Ample parking and picnic seating are available, making it a fun and social corporate sporting event. Registration is per team member. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
