Cougar Mountain Trail Run Series #4

The Cougar Mountain Trail Run Series #4 takes place on August 9, 2025, at King County’s Cougar Mountain Regional Wildland Park in Newcastle, Washington, just 15 minutes from Seattle. This event offers three race distances: 5k, 14.5 miles, and a full marathon of 26.2 miles. The course features a variety of trails, including rolling hills, narrow technical single-track, and wider groomed paths through lush forests and marshes.
