Event overview
The Country School Black & Gold Run and Fun Fest takes place on Sunday, April 26, 2026, at The Country School, 716 Goldsborough Street, Easton. The event program includes a 5K Walk/Run, a Virtual 5K, a one-mile Fun Run around campus, and Pre-K/5th and K/8th buddy runs for student pairs. The 5K is the fourth annual Black & Gold 5K and occurs during the school's 90th anniversary weekend. Community activities and giving
The on-site Fun Fest includes carnival games, a bounce house, an inflatable obstacle course, a dunk tank, food, and sweet treats. The event includes a sneaker drive run through a recycling partner; donated sneakers will be collected and recycled or reused, and the organizer will receive funds per donated pair to support Talbot Interfaith Shelter.
