The 5k and 10k are chip-timed and qualify for age-group awards, including overall and masters categories and top-three awards in age brackets up to 80+. The 2-Mile, Kid's Dash, and Virtual events are untimed and do not qualify for age-group awards.
Virtual participants may run on any day and at any location. Virtual registration includes a digital bib, event shirt, finisher medal, and shipping for the packet; mailed packets ship the Wednesday after the race and participants can upload times beginning the day of the event.
Packet pickup is available on race day starting an hour and a half before the race. The organizer states a no-refund policy; events proceed in most weather conditions and will cancel only if the venue requires it or if ice hazards are present, in which case entries may be transferred to the virtual event.
