The Crater Crawl is a running and hiking event held near Mountain Home, Idaho, featuring two course options: a challenging 6.2-mile loop around two adjacent volcanic pit craters, and a 2.9-mile out-and-back route offering a spectacular view of the east crater. Located about 8 miles northwest of Mountain Home on Main Cinder Butte Road, the course showcases unique volcanic pit craters recognized as a National Natural Landmark.
