The Crazy Legs 10k+ Trail Run is scheduled for June 7, 2026 in Loveland, Colorado at Devil's Backbone Open Space. Course and logistics
The course starts and finishes at the Devil's Backbone Trailhead parking lot and uses a loop layout that includes Hidden Valley, Hunter Loop, Laughing Horse Loop, and Wild Loop. The route is marked with flour arrows and follows a sequence of short segments and loops so only a few sections are run twice.
There is a water stop near the 3-mile mark that participants will pass twice; that aid station will offer water and Gatorade and is staffed by volunteers from the Loveland High School Band. Runners receive a stick after finishing that indicates overall placing and must return it. If trails are closed for mud, registered runners are transferred to the following year. Parking fills quickly and a park pass is required for Devil's Backbone Open Space. Registration fees shown are $44.79 (early) and $55.49, with 109 spots reported remaining.
