CXB 5k

The CXB 5k is a 3.1-mile running event held in the scenic Chic’s Beach neighborhood of northeastern Virginia Beach, along the Chesapeake Bay. The course winds through tree-lined streets, offering a pleasant and community-focused atmosphere. The race features special perks for participants, including event T-shirts and finisher's medals for the first 450 registrants, as well as a free beer post-race upon showing the bib.

Proceeds from the event benefit the Chesapeake Beach Civic League. The race is popular and expected to sell out early, with a festive post-race party inviting runners, neighbors, and friends to celebrate together. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
