Cypress Half Marathon

The Cypress Half Marathon & 5K, presented by Houston Methodist, is an annual running event held in Cypress, Texas. The 2025 race marks its 11th edition and offers multiple distances including a half marathon, 5K, untimed 5K, and a Kid's K for children 12 and under. Participants can also join virtually.

The event is part of the Run Houston! Fall Haul Running Challenge and features finisher medals, commemorative race gear (t-shirt or lightweight hoodie), and Voodoo Doughnuts at the finish line.
