Dad and Daughter 5K

The 11th annual Dad and Daughter 5K Walk/Run is a family-friendly event in North Kansas City, Missouri, at AMF Bowling Center. The 5K is open to families, with dedicated entries for ages 10 and under. The atmosphere is welcoming and festive, encouraging dads, grandfathers, uncles, and siblings to participate with daughters.

Strollers, baby joggers, wagons, wheelchairs and well-behaved dogs are permitted. The event features kid-friendly activities such as craft making, face painting, a hula hoop contest, a Zumba warm-up, and free downloadable finish-line photos, plus finisher medals. Proceeds benefit Phoenix Family.
