D.A.S.H In Life 5K

D.A.S.H In Life 5K, held in Merritt Island, Florida, at the Brevard Veterans Memorial Center, offers an in-person 5K Run/Walk and a Virtual 5K Run/Walk. The event honors military Veterans through the Devotion Admiration Service and Honor (D.A.S.H.) ethos and supports the We Honor Veterans program via St. Francis Hospice.

The course features a scenic route through a park setting, with a post-race pinning ceremony for Veterans. Open to all ages; service animals are allowed and strollers are permitted behind runners. Perks include race shirts for registrants by a cut-off date and finishers’ coins, plus post-race refreshments.
