Daytona 100 Ultra
Daytona 100 Ultra takes place December 13-14, 2025, in Jacksonville Beach, Florida. It is a point-to-point road race along Florida S.R. A1A that finishes at the Ponce Inlet Lighthouse near Daytona Beach. The course runs entirely on pavement along the barrier island and parallels the Atlantic Ocean and the Intracoastal Waterway.

- 100 miles - individual, 31-hour limit
- 50 miles - individual
- 50 kilometers - individual
- 100-mile 4-person team relay - team event
Course details and entry information
50-mile and 50-kilometer runners start in Flagler Beach. Shorter distances have a finish cutoff of noon on Sunday. The race lists participant limits and registration details on its event pages.
Entry fees and age minimums shown on the event listing:
- 100 Mile: $320, open to ages 18+
- 50 Mile: $270, open to ages 18+
- 50 Kilometer: $245, open to ages 18+
- 100-mile 4-person team relay: $680, open to ages 16+
The event names "Runners 4 Recovery" as the race charity for the year; that group will staff an aid station at Church of the Nazarene in St. Augustine.
