DC Safe Half

The 2025 DC Safe Half and 5K is a scenic race held along the Chesapeake & Ohio Canal path in Georgetown, Washington, D.C. Participants can enjoy a flat, gravel course suitable for walkers, strollers, and runners of all abilities. The event benefits DC Safe, an organization dedicated to supporting survivors of domestic violence through empowerment and advocacy.

Runners receive a finisher’s medal, technical event shirt, and chip timing. The race features live results, awards for top finishers and age groups, and virtual race options for those unable to attend in person.
