Def Dash 5k

DEF Dash 5K is a live, in-person 5K run or walk held at Barnes Memorial Park in Dedham, Massachusetts. Now in its sixth year, the event is organized by the Dedham Education Foundation to support Dedham Public Schools and students. Hundreds of runners and families join for a day of competition and community, finishing with food, drinks, music, and award ceremonies.

The race offers prizes for top finishers in each age category, and a downloadable course map is available for participants. Proceeds support local education initiatives and the Dedham Education Foundation. A supportive, family-friendly atmosphere welcomes runners of all levels.
