DeGray Lake Triathlon

DeGray Lake Triathlon is a long-running multisport festival held at DeGray Lake in Caddo Valley, Arkansas, framed by the Ouachita Mountains near Hot Springs and Little Rock. The event features multiple distances: Olympic Triathlon (1,500 m swim, 40 km bike, 10 km run) with a Olympic Team option; Sprint Triathlon (500 m swim, 13.5 mile bike, 5K run); Sprint Duathlon (2 mile run, 13.5 mile bike, 3.1 mile run); Aquabike (1,500 m swim, 42 km bike); Open Water Swim (1,500 m).
