Packet pickup is at the staging area 45 minutes before each event. Relay teams may include 1 to 6 people and can divide the 2.2-mile loops in any arrangement. Food and drinks will be available for runners and volunteers; early-course offerings will include salty snacks and electrolytes, with additional food items provided later. Coffee and energy drinks will be available. Race shirts are available in limited supply. All finishers receive a recycled medal of their choice; overall recycled awards will be given three deep for each distance by gender. If the event is canceled or postponed, entries are transferable to another Triple Dare Running event; no refunds will be issued. Volunteers receive a $10 per hour credit toward a future race.
