SoCal Deka Fit

The SoCal DEKA FIT event, held at the Anaheim Convention Center in California, is a dynamic hybrid fitness challenge featuring a 5K course divided into 10 functional training zones. Each zone is preceded by a 500-meter run, combining endurance, strength, and mental toughness. The zones progressively increase in difficulty, with the latter half demanding full-body effort for a comprehensive workout.

DEKA FIT caters to all fitness levels through various heat categories, from Age Group to Elite.
